of the site and suitability of the project for the same.

Estimation is a guideline for the entire project cost. Estimate

the preliminary stage of planning with quantity and market
rates for each item of work. Detailed estimation helps both
clients and us to execute the work without confusions. Change
in the design will be reflected in the estimation during the
time of execution. Estimation works as a guide book for each
project.

Execution
Once the estimation is over. Execution of work is undertaken.
While undertaking a project we strictly follow the standard
specifications given by 'CPWD'.
Each project is executed as
per the drawings and also depicts the ideas of our M.D. and
shows the skill and talent of our site engineers. At the time
of execution we consider our clients sentiments and feelings.

For individual item of work
in a building such as civil work, carpenter, painting, electrical
etc. we appoint sub contractors. They do their work step by
step in a building so that there is less risk and less time
consumption during the execution.
