Site Selection


Site selection is the first stage of each planning process. While undertaking a project we analysis the climatic conditions of the site and suitability of the project for the same.

Architects and engineers work together to understand and analyze the climatic data soil conditions. Water tables etc and other criteria for the suitable site selection. Climatic data includes rainfall, wind directions, weather conditions of the proposed site.

Site selection mainly depends upon the approach to the site and the traffic pattern of the nearby road. Shape and surroundings of the site also plays vital role. Irregular sites are mostly changed to regular ones for better site selections and also according to vaasthu.

Plant Finalization


Plan finalization is the foundation of the execution process. While finalizing the project we consider the clients demands and the architectural and technical viewpoints.

Architects are the most important part of plan finalization process. We have talented architects who fulfill the clients requirements while following the rules and regulations given by 'CMDA'.

Planning is done in different stages such as preliminary drawings, working drawings & completion drawings. At every stage our architects keep the clients up to date with the changes in order to avoid confusions. This helps in easy finalization of plans and other necessary drawings. Structural Analysis


Structural analysis comes next step to the finalization of plans. Structural analysis is basically related with the effective usage of structural materials without compromising the strength of the building.

Estimation


Estimation is a guideline for the entire project cost. Estimate is a document which furnishes the quantities of different items of work, their rates and expenditure anticipated in each project.

Estimation is prepared at the preliminary stage of planning with quantity and market rates for each item of work. Detailed estimation helps both clients and us to execute the work without confusions. Change in the design will be reflected in the estimation during the time of execution. Estimation works as a guide book for each project.


Execution


Once the estimation is over. Execution of work is undertaken. While undertaking a project we strictly follow the standard specifications given by 'CPWD'.

Each project is executed as per the drawings and also depicts the ideas of our M.D. and shows the skill and talent of our site engineers. At the time of execution we consider our clients sentiments and feelings. We fulfill the requirements of our clients by executing good quality works.

For individual item of work in a building such as civil work, carpenter, painting, electrical etc. we appoint sub contractors. They do their work step by step in a building so that there is less risk and less time consumption during the execution.

We are glad to say that we purchase our building materials through the networking so that there is more choice in purchasing a good material from the global market.

Project management


Project management is the life line of the entire execution process. Project management involves the entire unit of a company for the complete success of the project.

Architects, site engineers, civil engineers and contractors work together for proper project management. Architects visits the site regularly for better communication & engineers keep up the speed. So the delay in timings can be avoided.

Project management means the scheduled process by which any work can be done within the given timing for the benefit of the clients.

Project management depends upon the proper management of scheduled works and timely execution of the same. Workers should be doing their best and materials also should be supplied in time. We see to that everything is done within the given time limitation for the benefit of the clients. Keeping up the time schedule is the best mode of proper project management.


Quality inspections


Quality inspection is very important throughout the entire process. We try our best to bring out excellent quality in each respects of works.
